Hello and welcome! The decision to begin therapy is not always an easy one and can come about for a number of reasons. I use a variety of approaches to help my clients achieve the goals they set including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative, and Family Systems. I believe strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship through which my clients can see and experience their own innate and transformative ability to heal.
